The terms of this Agreement will be binding between you and SuperLaugh.com Affiliate Program upon application approval. Either you or SuperLaugh.com Affiliate Program may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Affiliate Links can be on your website or newsletter. Payment is based on CPA of $0.10 per eCard send. No unsolicited emails (SPAM) will be permitted to promote the SuperLaugh.com Affiliate Program. Incentivizing is not accepted. Pay To Read / Click or forced click type sites are NOT accepted. Your website and all the content therein must be legal. All content that your website contains must be original works or products or you must have legal rights to contain, distribute, and/or to use any and all copyrighted material. Your website cannot contain offensive material such as but not limited to explicit sexual content, hate or racial issues, and/or promotes any form of illegal activities between your website and users. We reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate's contract for any reason stated and/or not stated in the above clause. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Changes may include but not limited to, payments, payment schedules, and/or affiliate rules. If Affiliate defrauds the tracking system or violates any terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement the Affiliate will be terminate effective immediately without payment. If, there are any legitimate earnings they will be paid during the following payment cycle. Payments will be made on a monthly basis. All payments are made Net 30: 30 days following the end of the month in which you earn the revenue. Minimum payment out is $25.00. Revenues will roll over month to month until minimum is earned. Payments made through Paypal Services (Paypal User will be able to avoid the Net 30 waiting period and receive payments 1-5 business days following the month in which revenue are earned.) Payment by Check will be made as needed. International affiliates must be able to receive revenue payments through Paypal Services and be at least 18 years of age to participate. Limited Liability: SuperLaugh.com Affiliate Program total liability will not exceed legitimate revenues earned. SuperLaugh.com Affiliate Program is NOT liable for loss of revenue, loss of traffic, and/or any damages to the affiliate, any attorney fees and/or lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEREIN, AND UNDERSTAND THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SUPERLAUGH.COM AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
